Tiffany Callaway Ferrell was named vice president of operations for Atlanta Gas Light and Chattanooga Gas in 2020. 

She is responsible for day-to-day operations, including safety, compliance, operational excellence and financial performance, for more than 700,000 customers across two states.  

Her previous leadership roles for Atlanta Gas Light and Southern Company Gas have include director of regional operations; Metro Atlanta, regional manager, Central Georgia and automated meter reading; asset protection manager; operations manager of liquid natural gas facilities; and senior Federal Energy Regulatory Commission advisor.
