As Southern Company Gas celebrates Customer Service Week (Oct. 3 – 7) and Hispanic Heritage Month (Sep. 15 – Oct. 15), our President, Chairman and CEO, Kim Greene, had the opportunity to spend time with Bilingual Onboarding Specialist, Ileana Ramos from our Customer Service team. Ileana is a proud Mexican and she plays an essential role in making sure that our Spanish-speaking customers are informed and served in the language they are most comfortable speaking.
